WORLD CUPEight steps from your first flight as a passenger to your own pilot category. Each step shows how long it takes, what you can do afterwards and what it costs. You can skip steps; you cannot skip the order.
On your first flight you do nothing: the pilot flies, you look at the Caucasus and get used to the air. Many people sign up for the course right after it.
From zero: ground handling, first hops, then flights from altitude. By the end of the course you launch, fly straight and land on your own, with the instructor on the radio.
Five theory modules: air law, weather, safety, equipment, aerodynamics. You read in the evening, drill the questions and get used to the exam format. Access is included in the course and stays open for three more months.
Theory is 20 questions with an 80 % pass mark. Then the practical exam: a set of flying tasks watched by the board. The Georgian Paragliding Federation issues the licence for 3 years.
Thermals, soaring, active piloting and your first cross-country flights. One instructor per five pilots. The course can be taken block by block as you progress.
Ölüdeniz, Türkiye. You put the wing into collapses, stalls and spirals over water yourself and learn to recover. Groups of up to six, one-to-one work in the air.
Guided cross-country flying: Georgia, Spain, Italy, Colombia, Nepal, Pakistan and a dozen more. One guide per four pilots, transport and retrieve on us.
For those who want to fly passengers: the PGT Tandem category, a dedicated theory track with 300 questions and practice with an instructor. This is work, not a hobby.

No. The tandem flight is flown with a certified instructor; before takeoff there is a mandatory briefing and an equipment check. All you need is the desire to fly.
Tandem flights are available from age 5 (there is no upper age limit — we have flown guests 75+); passenger weight 25 to 125 kg (from 80 kg a surcharge of +100/+150/+250 GEL applies). Children fly with parental consent. Your manager confirms the exact conditions for your case when booking.
It depends on the format (panoramic, VIP canyon, aerobatics, Aragvi canyon, winter fairy tale, cross-country, paramotor). HD video on a GoPro 7 is included; optional extras — GoPro 11–13, Insta360, professional photos, drone footage, aerobatics.

A safety course over water (Ölüdeniz, Turkey): collapses, stalls, spirals and reserve deployment, with a boat and radio. SIV 1 and SIV 2. Price — €750 per module, €1,400 for both; group of up to 6, 1:1 in the air.
Cross-country flying trips across Georgia and around the world for independent pilots. Ratio 1:4 (groups of 4–8, a second guide for larger groups). Deposit 30%; the −20% early-booking discount applies only to trips in Georgia. Our flagship is the “Across Georgia” trip based in Gudauri.

No. There is no single paragliding team in Gudauri: different operators and independent pilots — with different qualifications and levels of responsibility — fly from the same launch sites. Before paying, ask: who exactly will fly with you (full name), do they hold a valid license and passenger insurance, who is responsible for the flight, and what happens in bad weather.
